Ownership retained by Lacspace

Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. retains exclusive and absolute intellectual property over this website, its source code, design system, AI-assisted components and all creative assets. This software is not provided under an MIT, GPL or any other open-source license.

Limited license grant

The licensed party is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable commercial license, restricted to internal operation of this website for its intended business purpose.

Modification requires consent

No rights to modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the software are granted without the explicit prior written consent of Lacspace. Ownership of any authorized modifications remains with Lacspace.

Restrictions

Resell, sublicense, lease, rent or otherwise redistribute the software or its assets.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code.

Create derivative works or modify the software without prior written consent.

Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices, credits or trademarks.

Governing terms

This license is governed by the applicable laws of India and Nepal. Lacspace may terminate the license immediately upon any breach of these terms. For the complete and binding agreement, refer to the official Lacspace License.
